Blacks in Performance Marketing
2022 has been a great year for the Blacks in Performance Marketing community and its members.
We have shared enriching experiences, connected with members and non-members, listened to truly inspiring stories and learnt about the marketing world in our meetings and in events. From the launch of our website to our member spotlight, articles, and members’ presence in conferences and events, our efforts have brought about incredible results and exceeded our expectations.
As we look back on this journey we are grateful to have shared, connected, and grown with so many wonderful people. Let’s have a look at some of the highlights of this year:
We expanded our mission, grew our vision and changed our name. What used to be Blacks in Lead Generation is now Blacks in Performance Marketing, focusing on reaching a wider yet define group of professionals in the bigger space to grow Blacks in the industry of Performance Marketing.

Speaker and Educator, Dr. Ndala Gooding Booker holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Southern Adventist University, and master’s and doctoral degrees in Education from Tennessee State University. From 2015-2021, she served as Director for the Center for Academic Achievement at AdventHealth University in Orlando, Florida, and is currently a faculty member there.
